She was a Jordache Jeans model and a co-owner of Wine & Roses, but hey, bodies change, narcotics happen, and partners throw you out. Instead of just taking it lying down, DNA Info reports that Jennifer Klein is opening a new bar and restaurant on the Upper West Side called Dakota Bar, named after a little ol' rambler named the Dakota.
